On one of the streets in the center of Luhansk, a road is collapsing. Its major repair in 2025 was carried out by contractors from the regional boss - from Moscow. They did it "to the best of their ability" - although in Russian. As a result, the asphalt coating did not last even a year. Already in the spring, the road, which was completely repaired, needs urgent pothole repair.
