Residents of the occupied territories are facing further restrictions on the use of mobile communications. For example, Russians want to ban people over 60 from receiving calls from abroad, limiting communication with relatives to a minimum. New requirements for teachers have also come from the Russian security forces. From now on, educators in the Luhansk region are obliged to monitor the activity of schoolchildren on social networks.
