In the so-called "LPR", they are once again trying to legalize the process of nationalizing real estate. The corresponding "draft law" was adopted by the "People's Council of the LPR" on March 12. The occupation elected officials tried to collect together individual articles from the laws they had previously adopted. They also decided that all previous legislative initiatives on this matter would lose their validity with the introduction of a new nationalization procedure. That is, they personally admitted that for more than three years they had been declaring real estate ownerless outside the boundaries of the law. Now the invaders will act according to the new Procedure for Identifying, Accounting and Originating the Right of Municipal Property to Such Housing. They are also going to create a register of the relevant real estate. That is, to record their own crimes.

For almost four years, they did not intend to restore them, but each time they stated that repairs would begin on a number of them. However, the demonstration reconstruction plan included buildings that only needed minor work, such as re-roofing or replacing windows. All the others are for dismantling.
