The State Fund "State Youth Housing" has prepared detailed video instructions on the procedure for registering in the preferential mortgage lending program "Housing for IDPs". The program was created to provide internally displaced persons with affordable housing on the most favorable terms: at a rate of 3% per annum for a term of up to 30 years.

Video instructions cover the entire process of participating in the program: from authorization on the Diia portal and filling out the application to choosing housing and determining solvency in case of winning the selection.
