"The invaders of the past day in Luhansk region exerted pressure towards Novoyehorivka. On the indicated section of the front, they struck 13 times with mortar installations. They actively used unmanned aerial vehicles," said the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kharchenko. "In total, in two directions - Lymanske and Slovianske - the enemy carried out 22 attacks near ten settlements."

A personnel shortage has gripped the occupied Luhansk region. They are officially forced to resort to radical measures there. For a number of positions, if you have a university diploma with honors, no work experience is required at all. At the same time, most positions will not even require studying at a university or college. Graduate from a vocational school - go work at the city hall. The relevant decisions were approved by the so-called "People's Council of the LPR" - they lowered the qualification requirements necessary for filling higher and basic positions in the "municipal service."

They want to forcibly involve students in the demonstration reconstruction of housing in the so-called "LPR". We are talking directly about young people who study at local universities. We should not hope for help from the Russian Federation. The involvement of students in construction work was announced by the local branch of the "Russian student detachments". They consider it bad that young people are still not involved in repairs on a free basis.
