Currently, Ukraine has a simplified procedure for voluntary return to military service of servicemen who have voluntarily left a military unit (SZCH). The procedure is regulated by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.06.2026 No. 767. Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service, in whom the fact of SZCH was recorded before June 12, 2026, can use the simplified return procedure.

The program provides more opportunities for a serviceman to voluntarily return to service, in particular, to choose the desired direction of service, position and unit in which he wants to continue serving, as well as to apply previously acquired military experience and professional skills.

Important: you can use the return algorithm according to the new procedure until September 20, 2026.
