National Resistance Training Program: Participation Requirements and Registration

Dear community residents! The Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration and the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Training Citizens for National Resistance (DOR) have concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership.

The goal of the partnership is to ensure high-quality training for the civilian population. National Resistance is a state program approved by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Please note: participation in the program is not military service and does not mean mobilization. It is an opportunity to gain practical skills for protection in emergency situations.

Conditions of participation: citizens over the age of 18 can undergo free in-person training in the city of Dnipro. The duration of the programs is 48 or 108 hours.

Under the guidance of instructors with combat experience, students master 14 areas, including:

  • rules for handling weapons and tactics in combat conditions;
  • providing emergency first aid;
  • mine safety and action plan during a chemical or radiation threat;
  • military topography and the basics of UAV control;
  • maintaining psychological resilience and the basis of survival.

Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a state-certified certificate.
