As part of the implementation of the Comprehensive Program to Support Veterans (ATO/JFO Participants, Defenders of Ukraine) and Their Family Members to Create (Develop) Their Own Business in 2026, which was approved by the Order of the Head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine No. 611VA dated December 30, 2025, on March 19, an online meeting of the Competition Commission for the selection of project applications of veterans (ATO/JFO Participants, Defenders of Ukraine) and their family members (husband/wife) to create (develop) their own business in 2026 was held.

The competition committee considered the project application of the veteran's wife and decided to provide a one-time cash grant in the amount of 148,933.00 UAH for business development.
