As part of the "Dialogue with Business" project, a regional forum with entrepreneurs of the region will be held on June 25 on the topic "From losses to compensation: effective tools for relocated and affected enterprises" with my participation.

Among the issues that will be considered:

- Damage Register for Ukraine: opportunities for businesses to file claims for damage and losses;

- practical aspects of the future compensation mechanism for Ukrainian agrarian business that suffered as a result of the war;

- international law practice regarding obtaining compensation for damages caused by war;

- review of judicial practice on compensation for damages caused to business entities.
