Grow Global is systemic A practical educational program for Ukrainian companies seeking to develop or scale exports to the European Union. The program will help strengthen the company's export focus by recruiting a new export development specialist or developing the competencies of an existing employee responsible for international sales and entering new markets.
Who is the program for:
- for companies that want to recruit an export development specialist to their team;
- for companies that already have such a specialist and seek to improve his qualifications (employed between May and August 2026);
- for business owners, managers and employees responsible for export development.
What participants will receive:
- a ready or updated plan for entering the EU market;
- practical tools for developing international sales;
- knowledge of the requirements of European partners and ESG approaches;
- the opportunity to strengthen the export direction with a trained specialist (for the appropriate participation format);
- individual mentoring support;
- international certificate from Visionest Institute (Estonia).

Hiring an export specialist through the program
The program will help select a candidate who will work in the company and simultaneously undergo training in exports, ESG, and international sales, as well as receive mentoring support.
Training for an export specialist that the company finds on its own
For companies that have already hired or are planning to hire an international sales specialist. The participant will receive training in export, ESG, international sales, and mentoring support.
Training for a company representative from among current employees
For business owners, managers and employees responsible for export development. Provides training on exporting to the EU and ESG approaches.
The training will take place in several stages from September 2026 to March 2027.
