"Over the past day, the invaders have been shelling the territory of Luhansk region with mortars and artillery guns. They also used FPV drones to strike. In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repelled 15 attempts by enemy troops to advance in the area of eight settlements," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional state administration.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to buy gasoline in the so-called "LPR." Local traders complain that the Russians have not yet delivered fuel that was paid for in April, long before the crisis began. To reduce the shortage on the market, one Luhansk chain is forced to buy much more expensive Belarusian gasoline.
In the occupied Luhansk region, the invaders continue to forcibly implement the norms of Russian legislation, obliging owners of personal subsidiary farms to register all poultry with the federal veterinary system. By September 1, everyone who has more than 10 heads of poultry must do this. Three years are given to peasants who have less. The introduction of mandatory registration even for small households indicates the attempts of the occupation authorities to establish total control over the private sector and the property of local residents.
