On June 8, the All-Ukrainian conference "Education of the New Ukraine 2.0" was held in Kyiv, initiated by the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Foundation of the President of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
This large-scale event brought together more than 300 representatives of young students from different regions, who are currently deciding on their further educational and professional paths.
Luhansk Region was represented at the national educational platform by students of secondary education institutions of Lysychansk and Siverskodonetsk urban territorial communities of the region, Deputy Head of the Luhansk Regional Administration Kateryna Bezhynska, Director of the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of the Regional State Administration Oleksiy Blyoskin, and representatives of government bodies.
The Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community was represented by students of grades 10-11 and the deputy director of the Lyceum "Initium" of the city of Siverskodonetsk, Luhansk region.
Participants had a unique opportunity to communicate with representatives of the state, business, Ukrainian and international teachers, and ask them questions about education, career, development, and opportunities for youth in Ukraine.
For the students of Luhansk region, participation in the conference was not only an opportunity to gain new knowledge, but also a confirmation that their choice, perseverance, and desire to develop matter. Even in difficult conditions, they demonstrate a willingness to move forward, build their own future, and join the restoration and development of Ukraine. It is such steps that form a generation that is able to change the country - confidently, professionally, and responsibly.
