How to help schoolchildren find their calling in the face of modern challenges? This was the main question at the working group meeting on April 15. The presented Career Guidance Plan for 2026–2027 is a response to society's demand for high-quality and conscious education.
What will change for students in grades 8–9?
Thanks to integration with the DECIDE project, children will gain access to the best European practices. The process of choosing a profession will become technological: from digital aptitude tests to direct consultations with career counselors. A separate focus is on parents, because it is the support of the family that is decisive in choosing the future path.
Career guidance today is the confidence of young people in tomorrow and a guarantee that after victory, Siverskodonetsk will have qualified specialists for community development.
