All able-bodied persons whose place of residence is registered in the settlements of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community, and who after 02/24/2022 moved to the territory controlled by the state authorities, were registered as internally displaced persons in the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration of the Siverskodonetsk District of the Luhansk Region, lived in the territory of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community for at least 3 years before 02/24/2022, and were employed by enterprises, institutions, organizations, and individual entrepreneurs relocated after 02/24/2022, can apply for assistance.

The benefit is paid once a quarter in the amount of 20% of the applicant's accrued salary for the quarter preceding the month of applying for the benefit, but not more than UAH 12,000.00 (twelve thousand hryvnias).

Applications for assistance will be accepted until December 20, 2026.
