The NGO "Free People's Employment Center", with the support of the international humanitarian organization Mercy Corps, invites you to cooperate within the framework of the Program to Support Economic Resilience of Ukraine.

Residents of Luhansk Region, living in Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa, Chernihiv, Kyiv regions and the city of Kyiv, can participate in the program and receive financing for starting or developing a business of up to $2,600 (in hryvnia equivalent).

Individual financial assistance is provided for equipment or tools. It is aimed at supporting self-employment and the development of small businesses among internally displaced persons and the local population living in war-affected regions.

Who can participate:

1. Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs);

2. Local residents living in the territories where hostilities were or are being conducted (in accordance with Order No. 376 of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine dated February 28, 2025).

However, for security reasons, participation in the Program is currently not possible for all territories. In particular, it is not provided for areas of active hostilities or communities where there are increased risks to life and business.

The selection of participants will be carried out on a competitive basis according to the following criteria:

- clear reasoning for the need to receive financial assistance;

- compliance of the business idea with the conditions and objectives of the program4

- viability and realism of the business idea;

- the ability of the program participant to implement the proposed business idea;

- understanding sales risk and customer flow;

- business experience;

- the presence of social and financial vulnerability.
