Checking your health before serious symptoms appear is exactly what the national program Health Screening 40+ is for. More than 115,000 Ukrainians have already been examined and received personalized health recommendations.

Interest in the program (and with it, in their own health) is growing: in total, Ukrainians have already submitted more than 800,000 applications to participate.

Screening helps to assess early risks of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health problems. These are conditions that can develop unnoticed for a long time - without obvious symptoms, but with the risk of serious complications.

During the examination you can:

undergo the necessary laboratory tests

take a questionnaire about health status and risk factors

measure blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and waist circumference

determine body mass index

get individual recommendations

if necessary, further route to the doctor or for additional diagnostics

Important: if funds for the 40+ Health Screening were received by May 1, 2026, you must complete the full examination and pay for it by June 30, 2026. Otherwise, the funds will be returned to the state budget.

There are only three weeks left until this date — don't put off taking care of yourself.
