Attention guardians, custodians, adoptive parents, foster parents, and foster carers!

The Children's Service of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration informs that in accordance with Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization", guardians, custodians, adoptive parents, foster parents, foster carers, as well as adoptive parents of orphans and children deprived of parental care have the right to a deferral from conscription for military service during mobilization.

Please note that the deferral is not granted automatically. To obtain it, you must submit the relevant documents in a timely manner and go through the procedures specified by law.

To obtain a deferral, you must contact:
✔ to the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCK and SP);
✔ through the Center for Administrative Services (CASS);
✔ or submit an application electronically through the "Reserve+" application.

We remind you that timely registration of a deferral contributes to ensuring the right of children to be raised in a family environment and the continuous fulfillment by legal representatives of their duties to protect the rights and interests of children.

This issue is especially relevant during the summer health and recreation period for children, when guardians, custodians, adoptive parents, foster parents, and foster carers accompany children during trips within Ukraine or abroad.

If you have any questions about confirming the status of an orphan or a child deprived of parental care, as well as the documents required to apply for a deferment, you can contact the Children's Service of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration, contact number: (093)658-30-34 .
