In accordance with the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine, by order of the Head of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration dated July 24, 2026 No. 368ВА/2026, the First Deputy Head of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration, Viktor Viktorovych Kuchko, was appointed the authorized person for barrier-free issues in the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration.
Community residents can contact the authorized person for accessibility issues regarding the following issues:
- Ensuring barrier-free access to administrative, social, medical, educational and other public services;
- creating an accessible environment for people with disabilities, war veterans, internally displaced persons, the elderly and other less mobile population groups;
- identifying and eliminating barriers in physical, informational, digital and social space;
- consideration of appeals, proposals and recommendations regarding ensuring barrier-free access;
- interaction with state authorities, local governments, institutions, organizations and public associations on issues of creating a barrier-free environment, and other issues
The received proposals and comments will ensure proper coordination of actions regarding the implementation of state policy in the field of creating a barrier-free space for community residents.
