The Ministry of Economy, in order to form and implement state innovation policy in the real sector of the economy, state policy in the field of entrepreneurship development and state policy in the field of intellectual property in accordance with the powers defined by the Regulation on the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 21, 2025 No. 903, has prepared a questionnaire for the DeepTech sector business in Ukraine and posted at the link: https://forms.gle/MYmBkHx8Tp5c8hAq9 .

The purpose of the survey is to obtain relevant information directly from DeepTech sector enterprises regarding key barriers in the areas of financing, innovation, intellectual property, technology commercialization, collaboration with science, infrastructure, and implementation of Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies.

The survey results will be used to formulate practical recommendations for improving state innovation support policy.
