How to use
Log in to the Action with CEP portal
Choose public organization registration
Fill out the form and set up your organization
Sign the CEP application and you're done.

Important: to submit an application for registration, you must have an identification number and UNZR (Unique Record Number in the Unified State Demographic Register). Without these data, submitting an application is impossible.

The service is also available offline in the territorial centers of the Ministry of Justice.
