The Siverskodonetsk Administrative Services Center is temporarily located in the humanitarian hub of the Siverskodonetsk community in Dnipro, 27K Petro Kalnyshevsky Ave. (Metallurg Industrial Complex). The administrators of the ASC also accept applicants at remote work places (RWCs).

The ASC offers 79 administrative services, including:

- 3 administrative services of the Siverskodonetsk MBA;

- 6 administrative services of the Administrative Services Department of the Ministry of Civil Service;

- 38 administrative services of the State Administrative Service;

- 1 administrative service of the Education Department;

- 13 administrative services of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs;

- 10 administrative services of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Luhansk region;

- 5 administrative services of the Luhansk Regional Employment Center;

- 1 administrative service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;

- 1 administrative service of the Ministry of Digital Affairs;

- 1 administrative service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of the year, the following has been provided through the ASC and the VRM:

1582 consultations;

2427 administrative services, including:

services in the field of registration of place of residence – 1818, including extracts from the register of the territorial community – 754;

890 updates were made to the territorial community register.

social services – 593;

receiving a deferment from military service during mobilization, for a special period – 5;

providing information from the Unified State Register of War Veterans – 4;

receiving state financial support for health screening for persons over 40 years of age - 1;

submission of an application for participation in the competition of project applications of veterans (from among the participants of the ATO/JFO, Defenders of Ukraine) and their family members (husband/wife) for the creation (development) of their own business in 2026 – 1;

submitting an information report about damaged/destroyed property through the Action-5 Portal.

A specialist from the PFU Main Directorate in the Luhansk region, who receives in the premises of the ASC, 28 consultations were provided.

82 people used the services of the Digital Hub during the reporting period.

The digital hub is located in the premises of the Central Administrative Center and provides computer services and consultations on working in the Unified Portal of Public Services of the Ministry of Public Administration.
