Born in Siverskodonetsk. He studied at secondary school No. 3 (now Collegium), later entered the local Vocational and Technical School No. 93.

After completing his studies, he served in the military in the former Odessa Military District. Upon his return, he worked as a tiler and plasterer in Siverskodonetsk.

He was fond of music and photography, and was actively involved in sports, particularly football. According to his family, he was a sensitive, disciplined, and responsible person. He respected his parents, loved his daughters and wife, and always helped his comrades in difficult situations.

After the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, Mykhailo's family moved to Lviv. Here he joined the ranks of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to defend his homeland. Later, Mykhailo was discharged from military service and worked for a certain period at the Lviv municipal enterprise "Lvivsky Lantern", but in 2024 he returned to the front. He performed combat missions on the eastern front in the ranks of the 66th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Mstislav the Brave of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Mykhailo Dyachkov is survived by his parents, wife, two daughters, sister, and nephew.

The deceased defender was buried at the Lychakiv Cemetery. The Lviv City Council reported this.

Posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree by decree of the President of Ukraine.

The Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration bows its head in deep sorrow, honoring the memory of a faithful son of Ukraine, our fellow countryman . Sincere condolences to his family and friends.
