Qualification requirements:
1. Education:
Higher education not lower than a bachelor's degree (preferably a master's degree) in the specialty:
social work;
social security;
psychology;
pedagogy;
jurisprudence
public administration or another related major.
2. Work experience:
At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of child rights protection, social work, education, or in local government is desirable.
3. Professional knowledge:
Must know:
The Constitution of Ukraine;
Family Code of Ukraine;
Law of Ukraine “On Bodies and Services for Children and Special Institutions for Children”;
Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Childhood";
Law of Ukraine "On ensuring organizational and legal conditions for social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care";
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 866 of September 24, 2008;
other regulatory legal acts in the field of children's rights protection;
procedure for maintaining the Children's Educational Information System;
legislation in the field of guardianship, care, adoption, and family forms of upbringing.
4. Professional skills:
ability to prepare official documents;
skills in working with registers and electronic databases;
ability to work with large amounts of information;
communication skills for working with families and interdepartmental interaction;
5. Computer skills:
confident PC user;
MS Office (Word, Excel);
electronic document management;
work with the Children's Educational Service Association.
6. Personal qualities:
responsibility;
attention to detail;
ethics in working with children and families;
ability to work in a team.
