Born in Siverskodonetsk. Studied at Vocational School No. 1, worked at PrJSC "AZOT".

In 2020, he signed a contract and defended his homeland. After almost 2 years of service, he was given a 2-day leave and went to meet his mother for her birthday in the city of Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region, but, to his great regret, his mother did not live to see her son.

09/14/2022 Ruslan Syrovy died in a traffic accident.

I served 2 years and 7 months. I really believed that we would all return home!

The family cremated their son. They dreamed of going home and burying him in the cemetery next to his father.
