How to apply?
You can choose any method convenient for you:
-in person to the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration of the Siverskodonetsk district of the Luhansk region at the address: Kyiv, Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, building 26a;

List of documents for submitting an application
1. Statement of intent to obtain a loan
2. Loan applicant questionnaire
3. Application — consent to the processing of personal data.
4. Copy of the applicant's passport of a citizen of Ukraine and passports of a citizen of Ukraine (birth certificates) of his family members.
5. Copy of the taxpayer registration card number of the applicant and his/her family members.
6. Copy of the certificate of registration of the applicant and his family members as an internally displaced person.
7. Copies of documents confirming the degree of family relationship (marriage certificate).
All copies of documents must be duly certified (with the mark "according to the original", date, signature, surname and initials on each sheet).
Who is eligible to participate in the Program:
- residents of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community who have reached the age of 60 or more;
- registered as of February 24, 2022, as well as on the day of submitting the application in the territory of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community;
- are registered as internally displaced persons at one address of actual residence;
- do not own their own housing on the territory of Ukraine (housing on the territory of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community is not taken into account).
Only one family member (wife or husband) submits an application for a loan.
Family members of the applicant candidate - wife (husband), their minor children, adult children (who do not have their own family, i.e. unmarried and live with their parents), parents of the wife (husband), a person under the guardianship or care of the candidate (applicant/winner), provided that they live with him, who, before the time of internal displacement, were, and are currently registered in the territory of the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community and have the status of internally displaced persons at one address of actual residence.
