The Siverskodonetsk MVA is launching support for residents of the Siverskodonetsk community who purchase housing under the State Youth Housing mortgage program in cooperation with KfW/CEB (BRRE) "Housing for IDPs."

This is another support program for residents of our community to compensate for the first installment.

You can receive up to UAH 200,000 in compensation for the first mortgage payment.

What are the criteria?

You were registered in the Siverskodonetsk community as of February 24, 2022 and, together with your family members, have a valid IDP status

Purchased housing under the "Housing for IDPs" program after January 1, 2026

You and your family have no housing (except in occupied territories or where fighting is taking place)

Did not participate in other public housing programs

No housing was sold in the last 12 months prior to the application

Area requirements:

52.5 m² — for 1–2 people

+21 m² - for each additional family member

Compensation is provided from the community budget.
