Olena also successfully took advantage of the program implemented by the Siverskodonetsk CMA to reimburse the first installment under the State Youth Housing Agency's mortgage program "Housing for IDPs."
If it weren't for this city program, Olena admits, they're not sure they would have been able to pay the down payment:
"It's very difficult to raise money when you have children, and it's generally difficult when you're an immigrant. But I saw on the administration's website that there was a possibility of this reimbursement, and accordingly I was able to borrow money for the down payment and not worry that I wouldn't be able to pay it back. All of this really works, minimal bureaucracy, pleasant communication. I definitely advise everyone to apply for such programs, you have to find a way out of the situation in any case."
So, our compatriot received UAH 154,800 from the community budget (this is how much her first payment was). In general, under this program, reimbursement of up to UAH 200,000 is possible.
We remind you that at the meeting of the public commission on housing issues, 16 applications for reimbursement of part of the mortgage payment to community residents were approved: two - to those participating in the "eOselya" program, and 14 (!) applications - under the State Youth Housing program "Housing for IDPs".
Are you from the Siverskodonetsk community and are you also planning to buy a home with a mortgage?
If you are already participating in these state programs, Siverskodonetsk MBA is ready to support.
