In 2026, we will continue to reimburse part of the mortgage payment to residents of the Seversko-Donetsk community who participate in the state mortgage program "eOselya".

📌 How the program works:

The city target program provides for partial reimbursement of the first installment (50%), but not more than UAH 250,000.

Compensation is available for the purchase of housing in any region of Ukraine that meets the conditions of the state program "eHousing".

The program is focused on internally displaced persons – residents of the Seversko-Donetsk community.
