Siverskodonetsk educators joined the prestigious event organized by the European Parliament Office in Rome together with the Representation of the European Commission in Italy, media partner Linkiesta and the National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy - "Ukraine and the Defense of Europe", within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation with the Department of International Cooperation of the Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy (NCUAI, Congress of the NAS).

The event took place on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine and became an important platform for discussing the role of the European Union in the field of security and common defense.

Schools participating in the project "100x100: Bridges of Education" were invited to the dialogue. The participation of each school is an important contribution to the common mission of creating an educational space based on peace, cooperation and European citizenship, uniting Ukrainian and Italian students. Our community was represented by the Multidisciplinary Lyceum , Lyceum No. 1 and Gymnasium No. 11.

Also, within the framework of the event, educators of the Siverskodonetsk community joined the international "Lesson of Silence", dedicated to the anniversary of the start of the full-scale war. A video message from the acting director of the Lyceum of the Multidisciplinary City of Siverskodonetsk, Victoria Kiyashko, was prepared and broadcast especially for this event .
