The Economic Development Department of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration announces the holding of a public discussion and invites residents, business representatives, and public organizations to join the discussion of the draft of the updated Development Strategy of the Siverskodonetsk Urban Territorial Community until 2027 with a perspective to 2034.

The Strategy for the Development of the Siverskodonetsk Urban Territorial Community until 2027 with a perspective to 2034 affects the interests of relocated institutions, organizations, businesses, internally displaced persons, and residents of the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region. The implementation of the Strategy is aimed at high-quality social and medical protection and support for IDP residents during relocation, the preservation of relocated businesses, as well as the preparation of a clear algorithm for the reconstruction of the community after its deoccupation. As a result of its implementation, a positive impact on the specified groups of stakeholders is expected.

Legal basis: public discussions are held in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”, “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine”, “On the Principles of State Regional Policy” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03.11.2010 No. 996.

15 calendar days from 07/30/2026 to 08/13/2026 inclusive.

Requirements for proposals: proposals must be clear, substantiated (with references to legislation or analytics) and relate to specific sections of the document. Be sure to indicate the full name (or name of the legal entity / NGO) and contact phone number. Anonymous applications will not be considered.

Report on the results of the public discussion will be published on the official website of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration after the deadline for collecting proposals
