Decision of the 63rd session of the City Council No. 3659 of 05/10/2019 “On amendments to the decision of the 14th (regular) session of the Severodonetsk City Council No. 478 of 06/22/2016 “On approval of rental rates for land plots on the territory of the Severodonetsk City Council”.

The purpose of adopting the act:

  • settlement of relations related to the lease of communally owned land plots;
  • business development, creation of favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in the city;
  • increasing revenues to the city budget through the lease of land plots;
  • development of city infrastructure.

The purpose of amending the act:

  • improving the calculation of rent for land plots;
  • increasing the efficiency of land use in the territorial community.

7. Quantitative and qualitative values ​​of the performance indicators of the act:

The Seversko-Donetsk urban territorial community is under temporary occupation, in accordance with the List of territories where hostilities are (were) underway or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (order of the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated December 22, 2022 No. 309 (as amended). No land lease agreements were concluded during the reporting period.

8. Assessment of the results of the implementation of the regulatory act:

Today, it is impossible to objectively track the effectiveness of the regulatory act due to the impossibility of actually using the territory of the community due to the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the conduct of active hostilities on the territory of the Seversko-Donetsk urban territorial community and the temporary occupation of its territory.
