On Youth Day, the head of the Siverskodonetsk District State Administration, Roman Vlasenko, honored active representatives of the district's communities with letters of thanks and books "Essays on the History of Luhansk Region."

"Despite Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, our youth continue to act, develop, change the present and the future, making a significant contribution to the development of their communities and the entire Luhansk region. It is important to support young people and their initiatives so that their potential is fully realized," Roman Vlasenko noted.

The following were noted from the Siverskodonetsk community:

Roman Khrychov is a member of the vocal group "Forest Song" of the "Siverskodonetsk City Palace of Culture" collective, winner and laureate of international and all-Ukrainian competitions, winner of the "Music Universe" Grand Prix.

Artem Sklyarenko is a graduate of the Youth Sports School No. 1 in Siverskodonetsk, a young boxer, a multiple winner of all-Ukrainian and international tournaments. In July 2026, he won the International Boxing Tournament in Poland.
