The Generation Plus Charitable Foundation announces the recruitment of participants for the 10th stream of the Generation+ comprehensive development program for adolescents aged 14–17.
Generation+ is a 6-month socio-educational program to support adolescents, which combines psychological support, self-knowledge, career navigation, soft skills development, team interaction, and the formation of an individual educational and career trajectory.
The program is designed for teenagers who want to better understand themselves, identify their own strengths, explore the world of professions, receive support in choosing their future direction of study or professional development, and take the first conscious steps towards self-realization.
Within the program, participants:
• explore their own strengths, values, interests and personal resources;
• get acquainted with the world of professions, the modern labor market, educational opportunities, and the impact of new technologies on the professional future;
• participate in the Career Fair and meetings with representatives of various fields;
develop communication, teamwork, public speaking, critical thinking, financial literacy, and decision-making skills;
• receive psychological support and work in a safe environment of trust;
• form their own educational and career trajectory and personal development plan for 1, 5 and 10 years;
• implement social projects, learning to work in a team, take responsibility, and create useful initiatives for society.
Who is the program for?
Teenagers aged 14–17 who want to better understand themselves, decide on their future educational or professional direction, receive support, a new environment, and practical tools for development are invited to participate.
Participation in the program is free of charge for adolescents from vulnerable categories, including orphans, children under guardianship, children of IDPs, children of military personnel, veterans and combatants, children of fallen Defenders of Ukraine, children with disabilities, adolescents from crisis families, as well as children who have experienced loss, forced displacement, or difficult life circumstances.

Format: Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Uzhhorod and online groups
