From August 7 to 9, 2026, a long-distance mountain march — “Carpathian YOMP 2026” — will take place in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

"Carpathian YOMP 2026" is a unique platform that combines physical activity, team interaction, being in a natural environment and communication of veterans, servicemen, their family members, as well as the formation of a social culture of respect and support for the Defenders of Ukraine. Such events contribute to the restoration of physical health, strengthening psychological resilience, developing mutual support, uniting the veteran community, and establishing interaction between veterans and citizens who do not have combat experience.

The organizers emphasize that all charitable contributions raised during the event will be directed to support the National Council for Sports Rehabilitation of Defenders of Ukraine, which will allow expanding the possibilities of providing assistance to veterans and developing sports rehabilitation programs.
