The Ukrainian Veterans Fund of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs will compensate up to 20 thousand hryvnias for the purchase of items and goods for conducting veterans' business.
The right to receive compensation is granted to war veterans registered in accordance with the procedure established by law as individual entrepreneurs, or who carry out independent professional activities within the meaning of the Tax Code of Ukraine, and have the status of a veteran entrepreneurship entity.

What documents do you need to submit to receive compensation?
The following documents are attached to the application for compensation:
– a document certifying the identity of the Applicant (a copy of the passport of the person submitting the application (all pages), a copy of the ID card and an extract from the registration of the place of residence or a copy of the residence permit in Ukraine);
– a document confirming the acquisition of the status of an individual entrepreneur (for an individual entrepreneur) (a copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Entrepreneurs or another similar information resource containing current data on the Applicant's individual entrepreneur at the time of submitting the application) or a document confirming the status of a person engaged in independent professional activities (certificate in form 34-OPP);
– a document confirming one of the statuses of a war veteran (certificate of a combatant or a person with a disability as a result of the war);
– an extract from the Unified State Register of War Veterans, confirming that the applicant has the status of a veteran entrepreneurship entity, received no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before submitting an application for compensation to the Fund;
– documents confirming the fact of payment and receipt of items and goods related to the implementation of entrepreneurial or independent professional activities (account statements, checks, expense invoices, etc.).
The submitted documents must confirm that the expenses claimed for compensation were incurred by the person submitting the application, provide an opportunity to establish what exactly was purchased and confirm the fact of receipt of such goods!!!
Funds for planned purchases and repayment of loan obligations under the program are not compensated.
Repeated reimbursement of expenses to the same person is not allowed.
