The educational series "Do No Harm: Support After Release from Captivity" was presented on the Diya.Osvita platform.

The educational series is dedicated to understanding the experience of captivity, its psychological consequences, and ways to properly support released prisoners and their families.

The series gradually reveals what a person experiences during isolation and after release, how to regain a sense of safety, avoid stigmatization, and speak out without re-traumatizing. Special attention is paid to the system of post-isolation support, the role of professionals, communities, and loved ones, as well as practical guidelines for help.

The series also supports those who help others by offering tools for self-help, burnout prevention, and mutual support.
