As part of the "Care" program, payments were received by participants in hostilities from among the internationalist soldiers of the Seversko-Donetsk community.

To implement the activities of the Comprehensive Target Program of the Severodonetsk Urban Territorial Community "Care" for 2026, at the request of the head of the NGO "Severodonetsk City Council of Internationalist Soldiers" of the Ukrainian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan (Internationalist Soldiers)", material assistance was paid:

  • 16 people with disabilities as a result of the war from among the internationalist soldiers for a total amount of 104,000 UAH;
  • to the widow of a deceased participant in hostilities from among the internationalist soldiers in the amount of 4,000 UAH;
  • 12 participants in the hostilities from among the internationalist soldiers for a total amount of 48,000 UAH.
