What is included in the screening:

Laboratory tests showing the functioning of the heart, blood vessels, and kidneys

Questionnaire and assessment of individual risks (including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes risk, and mental health status)

Physical examination (blood pressure measurement, assessment of heart rate and rhythm, anthropometry)

Individual recommendations regarding lifestyle and health status, and if necessary, prescription of medication or referral for further examinations or treatment.

You choose a convenient location: a state or municipal clinic or a private medical center participating in the program.
