Congratulations on the high state award!

We sincerely congratulate the Acting General Director of the State Institution "Siverskodonetsk City Multi-Profile Hospital" in Ukrainka, Oksana Oleksandrivna Andreykiv-Morozova, on being awarded the honorary title "Honored Doctor of Ukraine" in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 640/2026. For a significant personal contribution to the development of the national healthcare system, the provision of qualified medical care and saving people's lives under martial law, conscientious performance of professional duty and on the occasion of the Day of Medical Workers!
