A special concert of the class of piano teacher Alla Aleksandrivna Planida under the symbolic name "Musical Family" was held at the Siverskodonetsk Music School No. 1.
Behind each performance today is a huge amount of work. Alla Oleksandrivna Planida is a teacher-resident from Siverskodonetsk, who, together with her students, went through the difficult path of the war years. Classes took place to the sounds of sirens, during alarms, in breaks between power outages, after sleepless nights and worries about relatives. But despite all the difficulties, the music did not fall silent.
The youngest participants of the concert were especially excited, for whom this performance was the first in their lives. Cheerful and bright works performed by Denys Danylchenko, Mykyta Skrypnyk, Elizaveta Chivilova, Roman Kosmidailo, Mykhailo Gerasimenko, Vitaliy Lunyov, and Tetyana Kosmidailo were heard to the applause of the audience.
The real highlight of the holiday were the ensemble performances. A special atmosphere of warmth was created by the duet of Mykyta Skrypnyk and his mother Iryna.
The program featured folk melodies, dances of different peoples of the world, works by contemporary composers, Ukrainian classics, and world-famous musical masterpieces.
The pride of the class was Roman Kosmidaylo, the winner of the first prize of the international distance arts festival-competition. His performance demonstrated not only his performing skills, but also the creative potential that the teacher carefully develops.
The concert ended with a performance by Alla Alexandrovna herself. Her performance of Martha Mayer's "To Catch a Dream" became a symbolic appeal to all present: never let go of your dreams, even when the world around you is restless.
