On the eve of the Constitution Day of Ukraine, celebrations were held in the humanitarian hub of the Siverskodonetsk community in Dnipro

We gathered together to remember: The Constitution is about the right to be Ukrainians; the right to speak your native language, preserve your culture, remember your home, and believe in the future — even when your native North remains temporarily under occupation.

The event was filled with very real moments.

The most touching thing was the handover of brigade flags and the flag of Siverskodonetsk with the signatures of Ukrainian military personnel to the Siverskodonetsk community.

This is a living story - a touch of those who hold the sky above us today. A reminder of the price of freedom that Ukraine pays every day.

Volunteer Yuriy Shirokov handed them over with photographs to the military commander of the Siverskodonetsk Military District, Yevhenia Boyko.

One of the flags belongs to the 53rd OMB named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh: it was presented to Yevgenia Boyko by the fighters personally during the personnel award ceremony.

For the defenders, the circle members and craftsmen of the "Guardian of Generations" collective presented handmade amulets - Angels.

We observed a minute of silence to honor all those who gave their lives for the independence and future of our state. It lives on in children who sing Ukrainian songs.

In volunteers who don't stop.

In the military, who protect.

In people who were forced to leave their homes, but did not leave their identity.

We thank our talented and sincere creative teams for their brilliant performances. These are:

Exemplary choreographic group "Grand Prix" of the Siverskodonetsk Center for Extracurricular Education "Dyvosvit", director Svitlana Rasadkina;

Vocal group "Forest Song", leader Avgustina Zhuravel (Siverskodonetsk Palace of Culture).

Vocal ensembles "Suzir'ya" and "Children of the Future" (Siverskodonetsk Music School 1), director Svitlana Tysyachna.

Happy Constitution Day of Ukraine!

Glory to Ukraine!
