Report for 2024

As of December 30, 2024, the Citizens' Appeals Department of the Severodonetsk City Administrative District registered 1,717 appeals.

As follows from the analysis of appeals, among the issues contained in citizens' appeals, 66.1% are issues of social protection of the population, 14.7% - issues of housing policy, 1% - activities of local government bodies and executive authorities, 0.4% - utilities, 0.5% - ensuring compliance with the rule of law and protection of law and order, 17.3% - other issues.

Among the authors of the appeals are the least socially protected categories of the population - war veterans and disabled people, combatants (2.7%), disabled people (6.3%), pensioners (18.5%), large families, single mothers, and heroine mothers (2.6%).

According to the results of the review, 1,121 applications (65.3%) were positively resolved, 331 applications (19.3%) were clarified, 50 applications (2.9%) were rejected, and 8 applications (0.5%) were forwarded to the appropriate authority in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Applications". 207 applications (12%) remain pending.
