We are very accustomed to "fast" food, which is convenient to buy and eat "on the go". But food brings benefits and pleasure if it is prepared from fresh and high-quality raw materials and stored in proper sanitary conditions. Responsibility for compliance with these conditions lies with the business entity.

To avoid unpleasant consequences from eating fast food, we advise consumers to:

• pay attention to the presence of a consumer corner in the institution - an information stand with regulated information, in particular, about the name of the owner and contact information. Placed in a prominent and accessible place, a properly designed consumer corner clearly demonstrates the legality of the business entity's activities, a responsible attitude towards compliance with the requirements of the law, as well as openness and friendliness towards the consumer;
• Be sure to pay attention to the sanitary condition of the room where food is prepared and stored.

It is worth recalling that employees who sell food products must have a personal medical record of the established standard.

If the sanitary condition of the premises or the quality of the products is in doubt, it is better to refuse the purchase!

We remind you that currently the State Service for Food and Consumer Protection of Ukraine may carry out unscheduled inspections based on, in particular, citizens' appeals in the presence of a threat that has a negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of a person.
