Applications for financial support for children of the Siverskodonetsk community are being accepted until the school year. Preferential categories of schoolchildren have been expanded

One-time cash support is paid in the amount of 2,500 UAH for each child, provided that:

-the child's place of residence as of 09/01/2026 is registered on the territory of the Siverskodonetsk UTC

-or as of 09/01/2026 the child is registered as an internally displaced person in the Internal Displaced Persons Department of the Siverskodonetsk CMA

-or as of 02/24/2022 was registered as an internally displaced person in the Internal Displaced Persons Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, lived in the territory of the Siverskodonetsk community until 02/24/2022

According to the Regulations and amendments to them, assistance is provided to children who, as of September 1, 2026, are studying in secondary education institutions of the Siverskodonetsk Autonomous Okrug and are located in the territory controlled by Ukraine.

The preferential categories of schoolchildren who are entitled to this payment have also been expanded. These are children from large families, orphans and children deprived of parental care, children with disabilities, children of fallen Defenders, as well as children of defenders who were wounded, shell-shocked, or injured while participating in hostilities during the period of martial law in Ukraine. One-time financial assistance is paid if children of the specified categories are studying in secondary education institutions of the Siverskodonetsk Autonomous Okrug or at their place of actual residence in the territory controlled by Ukraine from 01.09.2026.
