Type and name of regulatory act: the effectiveness of the regulatory act is monitored -   Decision of the Executive Committee of the Siverskodonetsk City Council No. 638 dated 09/25/18 “On Amendments to the Decision of the Executive Committee of the Siverskodonetsk City Council No. 424 dated 06/26/18 “On Approval of the Regulations on the Organization and Conduct of Fair Activities in the Territory of the City of Siverskodonetsk”.

Executor of tracking measures: Department of Trade and Consumer Rights Protection of the Economic Development Department of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration.

Objectives of adopting a regulatory act:

• defining clear requirements for the organization and holding of fair events in the city;
• ensuring the protection of the rights of consumers and entrepreneurs by defining the functions, powers, rights and obligations of fair participants;
• providing the city's population with sufficient quantities of goods from local producers and agricultural products at producer prices;
• overcoming such a phenomenon as unauthorized trade;
• implementation of state policy in matters of strengthening the legality of conducting business activities, in particular trade activities, and preventing offenses in this area.

Methods for obtaining tracking results: performance indicators of this regulatory act are obtained by analyzing statistical data received from the fair organizer.
