Justification of the technical and qualitative characteristics of the subject of procurement:

To conduct statutory activities, to fulfill the tasks of the "City Target Program for Ensuring the Functioning of the Municipal Enterprise "Siverskodonets Investment and Development Agency" for 2025 - 2026", approved by the order of the head of the Severskodonets City Military Administration dated October 13, 2025 No. 456 VA/2025, the municipal enterprise "Siverskodonets Investment and Development Agency" is provided with four Mitsubishi L200 vehicles.

The smooth and efficient implementation of the company's statutory tasks directly depends on the mobility and technical readiness of vehicles. In order to ensure proper technical condition, maintain operational qualities and extend the service life of vehicles, there is an urgent need to provide them with body parts and specialized materials in accordance with technical and operational characteristics. Since the car body is the basis of its passive safety and protection of internal components, maintaining its integrity is critically important. Purchasing trim for Mitsubishi L200 cars (according to the specifications of manufacturers) will allow:

• Prevent the development of corrosion processes and destruction of vehicle load-bearing structures.
• Ensure the safety of drivers and passengers while performing official duties.
• Maintain a proper aesthetic and presentable appearance of corporate transport.

Justification of the size of the budget allocation:

The amount of the budget allocation for the procurement item under the code DK 021: 2015 - 34210000-2 "Vehicle bodies" (Kung, body insert, body roller cover, towing device (tow bar) for the Mitsubishi L200 car) corresponds to the Plan for the use of budget funds for 2026 under TPKVKMB 5017693 "Other activities related to economic activity"

Financing is carried out at the expense of funds from the local budget (general fund), KEKVB/KKKB 2610 "Subsidies and current transfers to enterprises (institutions, organizations)".

Justification of the expected cost of the procurement item:

The expected cost of the procurement item is calculated in accordance with the Sample Methodology for Determining the Expected Cost of the Procurement Item, approved by the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture, Order No. 275 dated February 18, 2020 (in accordance with market prices) and is UAH 250,000.00 excluding VAT.
