Attention community residents!
On June 10, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 751 , which introduced a pilot project to provide internally displaced persons with housing in rural areas.
The idea of the project is that communities will be able to purchase residential buildings in villages and towns, register them as communal property, and provide them to internally displaced persons for residence.
How the program works
The essence of the project: The state provides a subvention to communities for the purchase of residential buildings in villages and towns. Housing is registered as communal property.
Terms of Use: IDPs receive a house for free use under a standard contract . Housing is provided for temporary residence.
Limitations: The maximum amount of state support is up to UAH 500,000 per facility.
Who finances: The program is paid for from state, local budgets, and other non-prohibited sources.
Who has the right to housing?
IDPs who have moved from areas of active hostilities or temporarily occupied territories can apply for participation in the project.
Priority categories
The following are first in line to receive houses:
- large families
- persons with disabilities and their households
- families with children with disabilities
- persons from among orphans or children deprived of parental care
- persons aged 23 and over who had orphan status before the age of 18
How to participate
In order to obtain housing, you need to apply to the executive bodies of the village, settlement or city council or military administration at your new place of residence.
