"Health Screening 40+" is a program for the early detection of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health disorders, which launched in Ukraine in early 2026.
What is included in the screening:
measuring blood pressure, weight, height, pulse
assessment of cardiovascular disease and diabetes risks
assessment of psycho-emotional state
necessary laboratory tests
doctor's consultation and recommendations
How does it work?
- An invitation to the screening will be sent to the Diia app on the 30th day after your birthday — for people aged 40 and over.
- After confirming participation in the program, 2,000 hryvnias will be credited to the Diia.Kartka within seven days. The funds can be used exclusively to pay for the screening.
- For those who do not use the Diia application, there is an option to apply for a bank card and submit an application through the ASC. This can be done 30 days after your birthday.
