The Education Department of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration summed up the work of the certification commissions. The 2025-2026 certification period became another proof that the educational community of the community not only retains its potential in the conditions of relocation, but is also actively improving.

The Level II Certification Commission of the Education Department paid special attention to the management staff and specialists of the institutions:

• 12 heads of educational institutions successfully confirmed their suitability for the position they hold.
• 2 teaching staff confirmed their suitability for the position.
• 2 specialists confirmed their suitability for the position along with the previously assigned qualification category "highest category specialist".

High methodological skills were confirmed by the leaders of educational teams:

• 2 teachers confirmed their suitability for the position, the highest category and the title of "senior teacher".
• 2 teachers confirmed their suitability for the position, the highest category, and the title of "teacher-methodologist."

General statistics of level I certification

This year, 51 teachers of secondary education institutions in the Siverskodonetsk urban territorial community passed the certification procedure.

• Next certification: 32 people.
• Extraordinary certification: 19 people.
• Certification postponed for 1 year: 5 people.

According to the results of the commission's work, 100% of teachers (51 people) were recognized as being suitable for their position. No cases of non-compliance were recorded.

This year's certification demonstrated a significant percentage of new categories being assigned, which indicates the professional growth of teachers:

Teaching titles are evidence of active methodological work and sharing of one's own experience among colleagues:

• The title of "senior teacher" was awarded to 6 teachers.
• The title of "senior teacher" was confirmed for 7 teachers.
• The title of "teacher-methodologist" was confirmed for 3 teachers.

The results of the 2025-2026 academic year certification confirm the high level of staffing of educational institutions of the Siverskodonetsk MTG. The combination of the experience of masters and the energy of teachers who have just received higher categories creates a reliable foundation for the development of community education.
