Justification of the technical and qualitative characteristics of the subject of procurement, the size of the budget allocation, the expected cost of the subject of procurement under the code DK 021:2015: 71240000-2 "Architectural, engineering and planning services" (Work on the development of design and estimate documentation for the object: "New construction of detached houses on a land plot with cadastral number 3223188400:02:004:0046, at the address: Voznesenska Street, Khalepya Village, Obukhiv District, Kyiv Region").
The procurement of works for the development of design and estimate documentation is carried out according to the open bidding procedure with the Features for the implementation of the measures of the Program for the construction of new communal housing by the municipal enterprise "Siverskodonetsk Investment and Development Agency", in order to implement the project for the construction of block houses on the land plot with cadastral number 3223188400:02:004:0046, at the address: Voznesenska Street, Khalepya village, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region and the "City Target Program for Ensuring the Functioning of the Municipal Enterprise "Siverskodonetsk Investment and Development Agency" for 2025 - 2026".
The design documentation must meet the requirements of DBN V.2.2-15:2019 and receive a positive expert opinion.
Basic requirements for design solutions:
- Develop architectural and structural solutions;
- Develop a detailed master plan for the territory;
- Provide underground shelter in the design area;
- Develop engineering sections: VK, ETR, OV, SZ, BZ;
- Develop additional sections for examination: OVNS, ITZ CZ, EE, POB
Develop estimate documentation (ED).
Design is carried out in 2 stages: P (Project) and R (Working documentation). Stage P is the approval stage. The class (consequences) of responsibility and the established service life of SS2 are determined in accordance with DSTU 8855:2019 "Determination of the class of consequences (liability)".
Financing is carried out at the expense of the enterprise's own funds (authorized capital).
The expected cost of the subject of procurement of works on the development of design and estimate documentation is calculated in accordance with current market prices in 2026 based on the submitted and studied commercial offers and is UAH 3,089,000.00 including VAT.
